REFUNDS/RETURNS

I need help with my order, who do I contact?

For all order inquiries please email info@shopbronzi.com with the name the order was placed under and the order number, if applicable.  Please allow 1 to 2 days for a response from our customer service team.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.  Each item is produced by order to cut down on waste.  This helps us to be responsible with consumption and also keeping the cost to consumer low.  Our items go directly into production to make sure our customers receive their items as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my items?

We do not offer exchanges.

What if I received a wrong/damaged item in my order?

We sincerely apologize that you were sent the incorrect item or that the item was damaged.  We completely understand how frustrating this can be and we are here to make it right.  Please email info@shopbronzi.com with the name on the order and the order number and we will be happy to assist you right away.  Please note all order discrepancies must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery.  Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders and $15 flat rate to most parts of Canada. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise.  Most orders take 7-10 days to be delivered.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the USPS service.

Why was my order confirmation never sent?

First, please check your spam folder for your confirmation email.  If the email still does not appear, please email us at info@shopbronzi.com and we will be able to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping to the U.S. and parts of Canada.

My package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the USPS service.  You must submit a claim through USPS and contact your local USPS postal office for further assistance.  We cannot assist on orders and are not responsible for orders marked "delivered" yet not received.  Customers must contact their local USPS office for further assistance.

My item is now damaged after washing/wearing?

If the item was worn and becomes damaged, we are not responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return.

My package was returned to sender?

If your package was returned back to our facility, we will contact you with further instructions.

FAQ

I have a discount code, how do I redeem the discount code?

Please go to "view cart" after you have items in your cart and the discount code box will appear.

Can I change my order?

Since orders go directly into production, we are not able to change an order once it is placed. Please be very careful when checking out that you have selected the right size, color and shipping address.  Please be extra careful when entering your shipping address, BRONZI will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
